M2 Cusing Laser machine uses Diode pumped Yb-Fibre laser with 200w effective output. It uses reactive and non-reactive powder materials using Laser cusing Technology. The process module consists of handling station, powder handling and inert gas filtration for flammable or explosive materials. The process chamber is sealed with redundant oxygen online analysis. The build envelope 250x250x280mm (x,y,z). All concept laser powders are 100% reusable for subsequent builds. The powder materials used currently are Aluminium Alloy (GD-AlSi12) and Titanium Alloy (Eli).
